My favourite hotel with fantastic staff and location in Florence.

Thank you for a really great stay - would definitely come back there. I liked this hotel, it's fairly clean and ideal. Awesome and fab location close to an art museum.

The hotel was perfect with air-conditioned rooms and I liked amicable staff.

I came here for 1 night and had a fantastic stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was delightful and fairly clean. The staff was elegant and lovely, the breakfast offered was excellent with a wide range of food.

Incredible location right by a medieval cathedral. The location is in the heart of the city.

Fun stay, air conditioned room, so very friendly staff. The room was protected with safe. A sanctuary and a cathedral were near the building.

superb base for 2 nights in florence, nicely presented hotel. the staff was very amiable, rooms were nice and exceptionally nice. the property was near bars and restaurants. i visited the irish bar and loved the cold drinks. excellent customer service too. excellent stay overall.

The hotel is romantic, I appreciated its superb location and facilities.

Superior location, tremendous staff, average rooms, generous breakfast. There were terrace and Nespresso coffee in the room, loved that. With easy check-in and late check-out, this hotel was well priced. Besides, private parking was provided on-site.

Enchanting and spotlessly clean property, quiet atmosphere. Relaxing & air conditioning room. The staff here are best, efficient service. The location is fab, a 5-minute walk from a bus station. Espresso bar with non-alcoholic drinks.

Everywhere was tidy, staff were modern, lovely bed. And it also had fairly good view. The staff did all they can for a fab stay. The service was brilliant too. The location in a beautiful area was friendly and there were a shopping street and a market nearby. The bar was small.

Hotel was remarkable and quite clean. Lots of perfect food, we loved it. The lady from the bfast staff was exceptional.

All the staff was FRIENDLY. Hotel was in an excellent location. Trattoria Mario is just a walk down to the property. Such tourist sights as piazza del duomo were very close to the hotel.
